With the appointment of Christian Adams, the company is expanding its management team with an experienced industrial executive. As Chief Operating Officer, he will be responsible for production, processes and operational development.
Over the past few years, LUCHT LHZ has made major investments in the continued development of the company. These include modern, highly automated manufacturing technologies, digital processes, new electric heating systems and a stronger focus on international markets.
These investments now provide the foundation for the company’s continued growth. Expanding the management team marks the next step. Clear responsibilities, faster decision-making and closer coordination between departments will prepare LUCHT LHZ for future growth.
More Than 20 Years of International Industrial Experience
Christian Adams brings more than two decades of leadership experience in internationally active industrial companies. His previous positions include Managing Director of WEBER-HYDRAULIK Polska, COO and Managing Director of RENA Polska, as well as Managing Director and Executive Board Member of Thermotec AG.
At LUCHT LHZ, his main focus will be on developing production, improving operational processes and expanding the company’s organisational structures.
Together with Uwe Lucht, CEO, and Denise Littbarski, CFO, Christian Adams will form the future management team of LUCHT LHZ.

Clear Responsibilities Within the New Management Team
The new management structure divides responsibilities across three central functions. As CEO, Uwe Lucht is responsible for the company’s strategic direction. Denise Littbarski manages commercial and financial matters as CFO. Christian Adams takes responsibility for operational management as COO.
This structure strengthens cooperation between development, production, sales, administration and management. At the same time, it creates clear responsibilities for upcoming projects and investments.
The next steps include further improving production processes, expanding digital workflows and preparing the organisation for higher production volumes and new international markets.
